Spirit Club Foundation supports people with disabilities have access to fitness and wellness programs by providing scholarships to help offset the costs. Come join us at our 1st Annual Howard County Fitness Festival. It is FREE to attend for all. Enjoy participating in our 20 minute fitness activities, from yoga, to cardio and more! Nibble on some tasty snacks and meet many local businesses that can help support people with disabilities. Purchase raffle tickets, and bid on silent auction items that will help us raise funds to support fitness programming scholarships. We will have awards spotlighting organizations, as well as individuals who help make fitness fun and accessible.
